POLICIES & TERMS OF SERVICE

REFUNDS, REPAIRS & SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS

All services are final. However, customer satisfaction is very important to us.

  • Correction Window: If you experience issues such as chipping, lifting, scratches, or misshapen nails related to the original service, please contact the salon within 24 hours of your appointment. Correction appointments must be scheduled within 3 days of the original service date.
  • Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your service, please notify our staff or salon manager as soon as possible. We will evaluate the concern and, when appropriate, provide a complimentary correction service.
  • Final Review: We encourage all clients to review their nails and services before leaving the salon so any concerns may be addressed immediately.
  • Additional Charges: Please note that repairs needed due to normal wear, accidental damage, improper aftercare, or changes requested after the service is completed may incur additional charges.
  • Service Changes: Changes to nail length, shape, color, or design after completion of the service will be considered a new service and charged accordingly.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Milano Nail Lounge is not responsible for personal belongings that are lost, damaged, or left behind during your visit. We kindly ask clients to keep personal items secured at all times.

APPOINTMENTS & PUNCTUALITY

  • Late Arrivals: If you are running late, please contact the salon as soon as possible.
  • 10-Minute Policy: Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to shorten, modify, or reschedule their appointment depending on technician availability.
  • Guarantees: While we will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals, we cannot guarantee completion of all scheduled services.

GIFT CARDS & PROMOTIONAL VOUCHERS

  • Redemption: Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash, except where required by applicable law.
  • Liability: Please treat gift cards like cash. Milano Nail Lounge is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of gift cards.
  • Terms: Promotional vouchers, coupons, and special offers may have expiration dates and restrictions as stated at the time of issuance. Purchased gift cards are subject to applicable California laws.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

To help us provide the best possible experience, we kindly ask all clients to:

  • Inform our staff of any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or concerns before services begin.
  • Communicate service preferences clearly before and during the appointment.
  • Review all services before leaving the salon.
  • Discuss any pricing questions, upgrades, add-ons, or design requests before services begin.
  • If you experience any irritation, sensitivity, or unusual reaction following a service, please contact the salon promptly.
